People ages 18-64 years at increased risk for COVID-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional setting may get a booster shot based on their individual risks and benefits. Example of workers who may get COVID-19 3rd dose: 

• First Responders (e.g. healthcare workers, firefighters, police, congregate care staff)
• Education staff (e.g., teachers, support staff, daycare workers)
• Food and agricultural workers
• Correction workers
• US Postal Service Workers
• Grocery store workers

If you are a Pueblo of Isleta tribal employee who meets the criteria above, please use this website to register for your COVID-19 vaccine. The Isleta Health Center, Public Health Services, will be vaccinating Pueblo of Isleta employees beginning Friday, November 5th. Please follow the instructions below: 

1. Select the vaccine you want to receive for your 3rd dose.  If you received Moderna or Pfizer vaccine for your primary series (Dose #1 and Dose #2), we highly encourage you to select the same vaccine for your 3rd dose.
2. Select the date and time that you will be available for a drive thru clinic. The appointment will take approximately 20 minutes from start to finish. 
3. You will receive an email and/or text message with confirmation. You will also be reminded by text message at least 24 hours before your scheduled date and time. 
4. The IHC COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is located on the west side of the Isleta Health Center, under the white tents. Please follow the signs with the arrows.
